By adding steam at the beginning of the cooking process, dough remains moist on the surface for that golden crispy finish, while the middle stays soft and fluffy. This built in AEG oven is stylish and elegant, with its stainless steel finish and anti-fingerprint coating. It also comes with a range of accessories so you can get cooking straight away, including a dripping pan, a chrome trivet and two chrome wire racks. There’s also a handy halogen light to keep an eye on your creations without having to open the door.

This model also features an Easy2Clean tray which has a special sealed ceramic coating, preventing dirt and grease from sticking. This allows you to cook directly on the tray, without the need for baking paper.

Cleaning the BPS55IE20M is a breeze thanks to the enamel lining on the sides and back of the oven. With Pyroluxe Plus, one touch of a button will turn burnt on dirt, grease and food residue to ash – all you need to do is wipe it away with a damp cloth. Plus, with IsoFront Top, the oven door’s exterior remains cool enough during cooking – ensuring a safe kitchen environment. The door can also be removed for easy cleaning.
